Brake and Airline Sealant

Brake and airline sealant is a slow cure thread sealant used on airline and brake threaded fittings.

Size – 50ml in an easy squeeze tube with threaded nozzle for accurate application of the product.

Slow cure allows for adjusting the alignment of pneumatic threaded pipe and air brake fittings. Handling strength in 10 – 15 minutes and full strength is achieved within 15 hours.

Used on workshop airline threaded fittings, many types of pneumatic thread sealing and commercial vehicle airbrake pipes and fittings.

Often used as an alternative to PTFE tape, to reduce the chance of excess PTFE entering the air brake systems and blocking any valves.
