Where are you based?
We are based in Bristol, UK. All goods are shipped directly from us.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over £50 excluding VAT.
For orders under £50 we charge £2.99 for Royal Mail or £7.49 for DPD
When will my order arrive?
For orders being delivered with Royal Mail we suggest 3-5 working days.
For orders with free delivery or DPD you can expect this in 2-3 working days.
If there is any longer delay we will email you.
Can I have a bulk discount?
Yes possibly, please email us for any bulk discount enquiries with the product and quantity you would like to purchase.
Do you offer trade accounts?
We can offer discounts for trade customers buying in bulk but we do not offer a credit account. All orders need to be paid up front.
